By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
Sil Connect is a marketing, listing, enquiry, comparison and referral-support service only.
Sil Connect does not deliver NDIS supports, provide NDIS-funded services, employ or engage support workers for participants, allocate workers, manage participant supports, supervise service delivery, act as a support coordinator, act as a plan manager, provide clinical advice, provide legal advice, provide financial advice, process NDIS claims or claim from participant NDIS plans.
Listings, enquiries, shortlists, comparisons, referrals, dashboards, tools and downloadable documents available through Sil Connect are provided for information, marketing, listing, connection and administrative support purposes only.
Providers remain solely responsible for their own NDIS registration status, compliance, worker screening, insurance, service delivery, staff, pricing, participant consent, service agreements, claims, incident management, safeguarding obligations and quality obligations.
Participants, families, carers, support coordinators and other users are responsible for making their own enquiries and decisions before contacting, choosing or engaging any provider listed on Sil Connect.
Providers may create and manage marketing listings for properties, accommodation options, vacancies and services on Sil Connect.
Providers are responsible for ensuring that all listing information is accurate, current, lawful, not misleading and compliant with applicable NDIS, privacy, consumer law, worker screening, insurance, tenancy, health, safety and service delivery obligations.
Providers must not list services they are not authorised, qualified or registered to provide where registration, qualification, approval or authorisation is required.
Sil Connect does not verify, endorse, recommend, approve, guarantee or supervise any provider, worker, property, accommodation option, vacancy, service, registration status, compliance status, pricing, availability, suitability, quality or outcome unless expressly stated in writing.
Users must conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any provider or relying on any listing information.
Sil Connect may provide dashboards, enquiry forms, referral downloads, property comparisons, shortlists, ROC tools, SDA eligibility tools and related documents.
These features are administrative and information-support tools only. They do not constitute NDIS advice, legal advice, financial advice, clinical advice, plan management, support coordination, funding approval, service approval, pricing approval, registration advice or a guarantee of NDIA acceptance.
Users remain responsible for checking all information before use, submission, sharing or reliance.
Sil Connect does not guarantee that any enquiry, referral, shortlist, comparison, listing or tool output will result in provider acceptance, participant engagement, funding approval, service delivery or any particular outcome.
Users must only enter, upload, share or disclose personal information or participant-related information where they have lawful authority and appropriate consent to do so.
This includes NDIS plan details, support needs, health-related information, behavioural information, accommodation preferences, referral details, contact information and any other information relating to a participant or another person.
Support coordinators, providers, families, carers and other users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent or authority before submitting, uploading, downloading, sharing or sending participant-related information through Sil Connect.
Sil Connect is not an emergency, crisis, safeguarding, complaints, clinical or incident response service.
In an emergency, users should contact 000 or the appropriate emergency, safeguarding, health, complaints or regulatory service.
Sil Connect should not be used as the only method of communicating urgent risks, safety concerns, incident reports, abuse, neglect, exploitation, health emergencies or safeguarding concerns.
Information available through Sil Connect is general information only.
Sil Connect does not provide legal, financial, clinical, medical, therapeutic, NDIS planning, plan management, support coordination, registration, compliance or professional advice.
Users should seek their own independent advice where required.
Sil Connect aims to support accurate listings and useful information, but Sil Connect does not guarantee that any listing, provider information, vacancy, pricing, availability, document, referral, comparison, tool output or other content is complete, current, accurate, suitable or free from error.
Providers are responsible for keeping their own listings and information up to date.
Users should verify all important information directly with the relevant provider before making decisions or taking action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sil Connect is not liable for loss, damage, cost, claim, dispute, delay, service issue, provider conduct, participant outcome, funding decision, compliance issue, claim issue or other consequence arising from reliance on listings, enquiries, referrals, comparisons, dashboards, tools, downloadable documents or communications made through Sil Connect.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
