At We Genuinely Care, we believe great support starts with listening to what matters to each person. We provide experienced and compassionate Support Workers who assist people with disability to live more independently, stay connected with their community and achieve their individual goals. Our supports include assistance with daily living, personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, appointments, shopping, transport and other everyday activities. We also support community participation, helping clients build confidence, develop skills, enjoy social activities and access the people, places and experiences that are important to them. For participants living in Supported Independent Living (SIL), we provide reliable and experienced SIL staffing tailored to individual support needs and household arrangements. Our team can provide assistance across the day, evening and overnight, including inactive sleepover supports where required. We focus on matching the right Support Workers with each client and providing consistent, respectful and person-centred support. Our goal isn’t to take over—it’s to provide the right level of assistance so every person can have greater choice, control and independence in their everyday life.
