Mercy Connect is a not-for-profit Catholic organisation that offers various programs and supports registered under the NDIS. Our services cater to the needs of adults, children, and older individuals with disabilities, helping them live independently and actively participate in their community. By building their capabilities and skills, we enable them to achieve their goals and participate in activities that give them a sense of purpose. Our Services: Supported & Independent Living: Live in your own home or in a supportive shared environment In-Home & Community Support: Help with daily living, appointments, and community access Social & Community Participation: Try new activities, meet new friends, and build relationships Short-Term Accommodation (Respite): Safe, accessible, and supportive stays for participants and carers Skill Development: Everyday life skills, vocational training, and positive behaviour support Support Coordination: Navigating the NDIS and connecting with the right services
