Core Supports: Assistance with Daily Life, including standard and High Intensity Supports for tasks such as showering, dressing, mobility, and household activities — delivered by qualified staff under clinical supervision
Community Nursing Care: Clinical services such as medication administration, wound care, continence management, PEG/enteral feeding, diabetes support, and health monitoring — provided by Registered Nurses
