About HOME CARE VILLAGE

Home Care Village works within the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) space across Melbourne and surrounding areas. Our focus is on structured participant-to-property matching, ensuring alignment between the participant, SIL provider and SDA home for long-term stability. We believe strong collaboration between SDA and SIL is essential to achieving sustainable outcomes, and we work closely with providers who value communication, transparency and participant-centred planning. We are not a SIL provider. Our role is to support thoughtful SDA placements and build strong working relationships that benefit participants long-term.
