Hi, I am the property owner of the newly built 'Robust' SDA-approved house in Bonshaw, Victoria, which is ~1h 40min from Melbourne. I am looking for an SDA provider who can help find the right participant(s) and carer. Would you help? Please see the details of the 'Robust' property. Location: Bonshaw, Ballarat, VIC SDA design category: Robust Configuration: 2 participant bedrooms plus 1 onsite overnight assistance room Status: completed and available for participant (s) Documentation available: SDA certification pack, stamped drawings, and occupancy permit. The house will be ready for participants from 25 March 2026. At this stage, even if we get one participant, that would be great. Happy to install a sprinkler in the house if it increases the chances of getting a participant. Please let me know, and I will forward the full information pack and other details required.
