The Disability Company is a registered NDIS provider since 2018 based in Victoria, supporting participants to feel safe, respected and confident in their everyday lives. We provide warm, reliable and person-centred supports across services of Supported Independent Living, In-Home Care, Community Access, Short-Term Accommodation and Capacity-Building Services. We believe quality support starts with understanding the person, not just the service request. Our team takes the time to learn about each participant’s goals, routines, preferences, communication style, support needs and what independence means to them. From there, we work alongside participants, families, support coordinators and care teams to provide support that is practical, consistent and genuinely tailored. Our services may include help with daily living, personal care, community participation, appointments, building routines, skill development, social connection and supported living arrangements. We also support participants within existing SIL homes and can assist with setting up new 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3 SIL arrangements where suitable.
