At CoCo Support Services, we do things a little differently. We’re a boutique, registered NDIS provider that believes support should feel personal, genuine and centred around the person, rather than being a one size fits all service. Our SIL homes are exactly that, homes. Warm, welcoming spaces where the people we support can feel comfortable, build independence, make their own choices and create a life and routine that works for them. We take the time to really get to know each person, their personality, interests, goals, routines, likes, dislikes and what makes them feel at home. When it comes to shared living, we know the right fit matters, which is why we carefully consider compatibility and the individual needs of everyone in the home. Our CoCo team supports participants with everyday living, getting out and about in the community, building skills and confidence, maintaining relationships and working towards the things that are important to them. We work closely with participants, families, Support Coordinators and allied health teams, with open communication and a flexible approach as needs change. At the heart of CoCo is connection, choice and community. We want the people we support to feel like they belong, have a say in their own lives and, most importantly, feel at home.
