We have a modern 3-bedroom Supported Independent Living (SIL) home available in Claremont, TAS 7011, offering 24/7 support in a safe and quiet residential setting.
The home is fully furnished and located close to community services, parks, and local amenities, including river views and nearby recreational areas.
We provide person-centred SIL supports focused on daily living skills, independence, routine building, and community participation.
We can support 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 support ratios depending on participant needs and funding arrangements, with careful matching to ensure compatibility within the household.
We work collaboratively with participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure smooth transitions and consistent support delivery.
